Page Powars was raised by his favorite video game characters. They taught him how to soften his gaze at a homie, sacrifice his lifespan for a bro, and kill or kiss his definitely-just-a-pal. Now he writes books with this knowledge. Sometimes they’re for teens. Sometimes they’re for adults. In both, he aims to spread the joy of his identity.

Page received a BFA from the University of Michigan on a foster care or compromised support network scholarship, then an MS from NYU. Now in his twenties, he lives in Brooklyn with his partner.
